2. Our Content, Systems & Intellectual Property

A. Ownership

All content and materials available through Time2Homeschool—including quizzes, assessments, results language, guidance sheets, pathways, text, graphics, logos, images, videos, downloads, tools, and system design—are owned by or licensed to Time2Homeschool and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

This includes the structure, organization, sequencing, interpretation, and personalization of guidance delivered through our proprietary systems and methodology.

B. Proprietary Methodology Definition

“Time2Homeschool Learning Alignment Method™” refers to the proprietary framework, structure, logic, and organizational system developed by Time2Homeschool and used to assess, organize, interpret, and present educational information, insights, tools, and pathway options through the Services.

The Method integrates developmental considerations, family context factors, and curated educational models to support informed decision-making. The Method does not constitute educational instruction, diagnosis, therapy, legal advice, or professional services, and is provided for informational and guidance purposes only.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Time2Homeschool Learning Alignment Method™, including its structure, logic, organization, and expression, are owned exclusively by Time2Homeschool and its parent entity. No license or right to use the Method is granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

C. Limited License to You

When you use Time2Homeschool, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content and tools for your personal family use only.

 

You may not use our Services or content for commercial purposes or to create competing products, services, or platforms.

 

D. What You May Not Do

Without prior written permission, you may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, modify, sell, or resell any content or materials

• Share or repost downloadable resources outside your personal use

• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract site content or data

• Use our content, quizzes, or results to train AI models or automated systems

• Reverse engineer, replicate, or derive competing systems from our tools or methodology

3. Quizzes, Results & Personalized Guidance

While your individual results are for your personal use, the underlying systems, logic, frameworks, and results language are proprietary to Time2Homeschool.

We retain ownership of the tools, systems, and guidance framework used to generate results.

 

4. DMCA & Copyright Protection

Time2Homeschool respects intellectual property rights and expects the same from others.

 

If you believe that content on our site infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown request by emailing veronica@time2homeschool.com with the following:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed

• A link or description of the allegedly infringing material

• Your contact information

5. Products, Digital Goods & Merchandise

A. Product Information

We make every effort to describe products accurately. However, minor variations in appearance, format, or presentation may occur. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

C. Returns & Refunds

Digital Products (including quizzes, guides, downloads, and courses)
All digital sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

Physical Merchandise

• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery

• Items must be unused and in original packaging

• Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect

If a dispute arises:

1. Good-Faith Resolution – We agree to first attempt to resolve disputes informally

2. Mediation – If needed, disputes will proceed to mediation

3. Binding Arbitration – If mediation is unsuccessful, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Pennsylvania under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA)

 

Each party is responsible for its own legal costs unless otherwise required by law.

Nothing in this section limits our right to seek injunctive relief for intellectual property violations.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
